Helyma keeps daily aggregate counts of reading starts, first questions, chat unlocks and sign-ups by campaign and creative. These counts do not include user, session or reading identifiers, signs, birth dates, questions or answers. Meta and Google may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and page visited, along with campaign events; they do not receive your reading or message content. Anonymous readings are linked to a Django session. If you create an account, readings from that session are associated with it so you can retrieve them.
The chat receives the calculated astrological positions, but does not need the location, coordinates or full birth date.
If you choose to share Helyma, the browser or selected platform receives only the public homepage link and the promotional text shown. Your reading identifier, choices and messages are not sent. Use of Facebook, WhatsApp or any other destination is subject to that service's privacy policy.
With your consent, Microsoft Clarity records clicks, scrolling and interactions on the home page and its reading to help us improve the experience. We mask chat content, forms and account email addresses; Clarity is not installed on private account, birth chart or saved reading pages.
